Since the late 1990’s William (Bill) Stoddard has focused exclusively on developing commercial and residential properties ranging from townhomes and luxury apartment buildings to senior living communities, oceanfront and land developments to a few Lake Minnetonka luxury homes. His developments are known for incorporating a host of amenities including clubhouses, business centers, salons, exercise rooms, activity centers, swimming pools and more, enhancing the living experience for owners and their guests. His developments in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Florida totaling around 800 units have ranged from Excelsior projects including the brick Row-Houses across from the Excelsior Brewery and the 18 Twin-Villas a block west. Other local developments have included land ownership, entitlement procurement and land development of the Mera & HELLO luxury apartment buildings totaling over 400 units.
Mr. Stoddard has dreamed about having not only premier storage facilities for automobiles, but desired to be part of a community, where socializing with like-minded car enthusiasts is only a few feet away. A place where amenities and activities await your daily desires, and where active and social folks are comfortable intermixing any day of the month, not just once a month at car shows! In fact, Stoddard is developing a community where an auto enthusiast can feel safe and comfortable within their own unit polishing their car or sipping a beverage on their mezzanine, or outside on their covered balcony or deck. A comfortable community, where someone who’s prideful about their new Ferrari or Lamborghini, but yet who is as interested in discussing automobiles with someone like Stoddard’s son, owner of an inexpensive 20 year old Porsche Boxter. Mr. Stoddard & son Liam are members of the Porsche Club of America, in addition to participating with their vintage Land Rover Defender & son’s Jeep Wrangler off roading.
Marcus Genzlinger

With a wealth of experience and diverse skills, Marcus joins Motor Condos at Independence as an experienced automotive lifestyle expert. Since 2010, Marcus has been deeply involved in the garage condo industry, working on sales and marketing for various projects across the country.
He is also known for producing car-related events that bring together enthusiasts, fostering a strong sense of community within the automotive world. Marcus’s passion for cars dates back to 2001 when he became involved with Volksport. Serving as its President, he helped bring the Volksport car show to life in collaboration with Westside Volkswagen, an event that gained international recognition through Performance VW magazine.
It was during this time that he realized “car people were his people.” With the rising interest in collectible and exotic automobiles, Marcus sees car condos as the perfect getaway for anyone who wants to be around, work on, or preserve their vehicles in a beautiful space. Outside of his automotive endeavors, he is an experienced marketer, assisting companies in enhancing their digital experiences.
