Since the late 1990’s William (Bill) Stoddard has focused exclusively on developing commercial and residential properties ranging from townhomes and luxury apartment buildings to senior living communities, oceanfront and land developments to a few Lake Minnetonka luxury homes. His developments are known for incorporating a host of amenities including clubhouses, business centers, salons, exercise rooms, activity centers, swimming pools and more, enhancing the living experience for owners and their guests. His developments in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Florida totaling around 800 units have ranged from Excelsior projects including the brick Row-Houses across from the Excelsior Brewery and the 18 Twin-Villas a block west. Other local developments have included land ownership, entitlement procurement and land development of the Mera & HELLO luxury apartment buildings totaling over 400 units.
Mr. Stoddard has dreamed about having not only premier storage facilities for automobiles, but desired to be part of a community, where socializing with like-minded car enthusiasts is only a few feet away. A place where amenities and activities await your daily desires, and where active and social folks are comfortable intermixing any day of the month, not just once a month at car shows! Mr. Stoddard & son Liam are members of the Porsche Club of America, in addition to participating with their vintage Land Rover Defender & son’s Jeep Wrangler off roading.
